Trails walking hills with a friend. 2533 elevation gain good run. I felt really strong on this. Had to walk the last 15 roughly we were stuck behind 2 horses and there was zero room to get around.

flat down/up ladder on TM Man I was not looking forward to this. I was super sore from crossfit but it turned out ok.
