Was not feeling that great and legs were tired going in. Goal to stay consistent. I do not feel I did that. Even though I was struggling, I was still moving pretty well so that is a good thing. Very crampy throughout the day. around 6500 ft of elevation.
8 hill repeats on the same hill as last time. Made it a little further this workout. I go through so many emotions on these hill repeats. It is a hard workout.
up the incline up to 13 and then down every minute.
