Labor Pain very humid

Was not feeling that great and legs were tired going in. Goal to stay consistent. I do not feel I did that. Even though I was struggling, I was still moving pretty well so that is a good thing. Very crampy throughout the day. around 6500 ft of elevation.

8 hill repeats on the same hill as last time. Made it a little further this workout. I go through so many emotions on these hill repeats. It is a hard workout.

worked up to 113lbs

16:00 minutes (this felt awful on my hamstrings)

after cooled down worked on legless rop climbs and handstand holds
