My legs were so tired , the terrain was so rocky. I am not used to that right now. Just have not been on the real technical stuff. If I ever decide to do mmt again I will train here. It is perfect for it. System felt good I just could not get a great run pace going bring so tired with all the rocks. I got go the top for the sunrise and stayed for a tiny bit to enjoy it. All in all day was good.
