Winter Xdream Rene Posti ja Kristo-Enn Vagaga. Üldiselt väga hea enesetunne, loodetavasti ei teinud paremale jalale, mis on olnud natuke valulik, väga liiga. Oleks saanud kiiremini, aga kolmas liige väga ei jaksanud pärast kolmandat tundi.

Tehniliselt tuli vabastiil täna juba üsna hästi välja. Selleks, et paremini sõita on vaja ülakeha tugemvamaks saada. Pulss on kõrge, aga treenides läheb madalamaks, kui keha harjub.

50 min XC skiing + 6 min cooldown. Not the best feeling in body today.
