Couldn't make northern's so went for a run instead. Was fine for the first 3km but then died after that. Noticed how unfit I am at the moment and the heat didn't help. Also saw some roadmen and thought I was going to get stabbed so I ran a bit faster. Noice.

In the first 100m I bashed my ear on a branch so had to stop. Also felt very hot and dehydrated so had to stop further on. Then rolled over on my ankle and walked back. Not good. (Walk back not included)

Legs feeling very heavy so only took it steady. Terrain was pretty grotty so mainly stuck to hill tops and managed to spike all but one. Decent.

Started in Grebbestad, and ran along the coast on trails then 2km back home on road.

Ran to the hill - 1.3km (trail)
8*100m hill reps with 100m recovery down (terrain)

Legs felt a lot heavier than yesterday.
