YBT Heat - Boreatton Park
Green - 2nd (+3:04) on Felix

Good through the first 6 and then 30s error on #7. Then another error on #9 with about 15s. Caught 5 mins on Ollie L by #13 where I then made a minute mistake and he ran off. Clean from there to the finish, overtaking Ollie on the way to #18. Decent race and happy that Felix didn't catch the 5mins on me. Got the 100 points and now it's just the wait to see if we're in the final.

Ran with Seb for pretty much all of it. The actual 5km time was 22:22 which is nearly 30s better than last week so that's a positive. But didn't feel strong for any of it. Improvement though.

HOC Winter evening event - Hollybed Common

Skipped (No 14,17,18,19,20,21 and 26) as I ran out of time and made a few silly mistakes. Had a nice flow though and good training for British Nights :)

Along the canal and back. Body felt really weak for most of it. This is probably because of swimming or I'm just not eating enough at the moment. Foot felt fine though which is a positive.
