Like a long middle distance which was a nice change. About 5mins of mistakes all about 30s. Achilles felt fine but still a bit weak. Also super annoying to use emit.

Missed #18 and #20 as I ran out of time. Achilles felt fine just a bit tight when control collecting.

Plan was to do round 10km steady at 4:50 pace. Achilles and further up started to hurt so at 2km stopped and stretched. Still hurt after so just ran home. So frustrating.
