Some good legs some bad. About 8mins of mistakes (Winsplits says 14). Body didn't feel good from the ongoing illness. Still a long way to go running wise. Saw Louis for the first time in 10 months which was very nice.

Really shite start, lost 90s on #1 then on #2 aswell just losing concentration. So from there it was hard to scrape the time back and didn't have the speed to do it. 2nd in the trophy on green so through to the final at least.
