Slept 7.5 straight! Then had trouble falling back asleep but slept another 30-45min. In bed for almost 10 hours so that was nice. Went on a nice run with Dylan and Ollie and perfect timing because it happened to be right when the sun came out for a bit! Did Hawk Ridge neighborhood. Average heart rate could have been a little higher but didn't want to jostle Dylan on the bumpy sections. Felt good and well rested after this recovery week!!

Strength (B) before my run today since Dylan was sleeping and I thought I could get through without interruption... he started fussing at the end but I got everything in! He woke up at 2:30 and I got 8 hours of sleep total.

Recovery week easy run. Just snowed so felt like I was running through sand. Pretty exhausted after last week but felt good once I was done. Dylan slept ok, got 5hrs, then another 2.5 after feeding.
