Nice long run, cold, beautiful day! Felt good! Ran up 52nd, down Skyline, down Snively Trail, Morningside and back. All trails/snow, but sick of the Lakewalk and really missed going up there.

15min warm up through Hawk Ridge neighborhood.
8x30sec strides (gradual increase to sprint, back down) up and down neighborhood streets. Full recoveries in between which took about a minute. Felt good just like I was flailing a bit and had a ton of clothes on since it was really cold.
15min cool down.
Dylan slept 5 hours, then another 1.5.
