Buttock much better today after rest and pushing on with the spiky ball. Did the Garmin 3km challenge to run as fast as you can and beat yesterday. Walked up hill and jogged 1.5km to the Crows House then did my usual route back, getting one of my faster times on the segment (5:50). Felt 'ok' when extended leg back, more in the inner thigh and hamstring today. Sat on tennis ball and massaged thigh over lunch and was greatly improved again. Weird how it (pain /knots / whatever) 'shifts' around. Might have found a physio that sounds ok on Smart Rd..
