Note

I forgot that I had a migration this weekend and failed to meet my other runs. I only slept like 15 hours over the weekend and worked about 30ish. I am back at and so sorry for not logging the last two weeks sooner.

my legs were killing me but did 40 mins (had to cut it short because of a work release) not sure how to track the sprints on here but my average pace for the 30 second spurge was 9m/m
