Not sure why my heart rate never measures where i feel like it is. I have been told at the doctors that i have a heard heart rate to find maybe that is why it cant find it. Otherwise it was a good first loop. :)

So pumped about this cut some time off and it felt good to push myself for shorter time periods. I think i have missed that. Again the heart rate thing. Also, looking at the description when i got home i think i did this wrong. I think I should have finished the five minutes and I didn't. Is that what I am supposed to do?
Either way loved trying to put speed back in for smaller time periods i hate running slow :)
