No problems. First run in Sweden! All road, just running gently - easy enough to talk all the way. As per Sally plan, will leave it 48 hours now before running again.

Set out for 5 mile walk on river towpath. Tried a few short jogs, but then seemed ok if very slow so ran the return (2.5 miles). Could feel right calf, same points of strain as previous runs, but just about ok to continue very slowly. After finishing, can feel slight right calf problem - continue stretching etc. No running tomorrow.
