No medical problems. Course record, and didn't really set out to try and do one! That course should be possible in 30 mins by spring time. Set out with a sore back, and the ground was very slippery (wet snow). Did warm up routine before setting out as thought it might be cold and therefore risky to set out without it, instead of using the first mile as a warm up as usual.
