No problems, just a sore back. Another course PB, by 15 seconds. Splits 8.10; 17.33). Again, just a case of concentrating a bit more. Still plenty of ways of knocking more time off, like warming up, speeding up on the long downhill etc.
No problems. Lower back and shoulder no more than an irritation. This would have been a course PB 10 days ago. Splits - 8.08, 17.50 (I guess that recording splits means that I'm beginning to care!)
