Slow but hilly bike ride. Still needed 2 breaks to relieve pressure on the back. Little or no sleep the night before due to back and left shoulder pain. Slight improvement in back pain, but only a small improvement. Still difficult to do things like shoe laces, toilet etc.
Ultra cautious first attempted run. Did sciatic nerve specific exercises before, plus walked a mile before and after running. Run / jog was difficult but not impossible, if done very gently - cant tell yet if it helps or hinders - the sciatic nerve seems as bad after as before. Adversely impacts, breathing, movement and balance.
