Just walking, no running. No issues. Can still feel the sciatic nerve, each day. Not ready to run on yet.

Ultra cautious jogging, but continuous. Slowest ever time for that route. Back just about ok, but probably a bit soon for left calf.

Uncomfortable but doable.
Slight but very slow improvement - it would be a bad idea to bike or to run. Most previous injuries "playing up" which doesn't help. Continue to do sciatic nerve exercises, but core problem, the sciatic nerve and an inability to "touch" it with any form of stretch, remains.
