Legs hurting from Friday's strength workout (good pain). Started easy and then loosened after 2 miles. Found a great rhythm. Focused on running tall and keeping a fast turnover.
Picked up the pace the last 20 minutes gradually getting faster. I finished in an all out sprint The last few hundred meters.
Left knee just a little sore after an hour.
