Ran golf links to oliver and along McIntyre River dirt trail.
5 x 15 sec strides at the end

Legs feel great again. Hamstrings a little tight. I will have to spend some extra time rolling today.

Strides felt smooth. Did not push. Just focused on good form and using arms.
