Started easy and gradually got faster. Early morning cold run from Canada games complex. Legs feel good.

Tight muscles before run but they loosened up in run.

Legs felt good. Challenging to breathe with cold. Legs just getting heavy at end of last set.

No joint pain after.

Ran the macIntyre river from Biloski Rd to government. Turned into long run as I was in the zone and did not want to stop exploring.

Calfs tight to start. Did not get as much stretching and rolling in yesterday as planned. Legs more tired after this weeks long run.
