Body feels really good. The best I have ever felt for running.

Found tempo effort and held it. Wanted to chase Jon but listened to my breathing. Pushed harder in 5 k efforts and I felt like my legs were there. Can't wait for Monday!

Ran golf links to oliver and along McIntyre River dirt trail.
5 x 15 sec strides at the end

Legs feel great again. Hamstrings a little tight. I will have to spend some extra time rolling today.

Strides felt smooth. Did not push. Just focused on good form and using arms.

Stress levels are down as Becky finished her contract and is off and I just finished teaching a course at work. I have lots of time. Life feels so easy.

Good stretch and roll in evening. Just need to catch up on sleep.
