Tough workout. I am sure my power dropped in the last 3. Effort was the same however. Felt good to suffer on he bike:)

Tried a tegaderm band aid over scab. It fell off and that was the end of my swim unfortunately. Can't wait until the road rash is healed. I have really been neglecting my swimming.

Rode out pike lake road.

Lots of climbing on the way out. Tried not to push other than the most punchy hills. My lower back was sore on the way back riding the drops downhill.

Hard to turn around to come home!
