Run 2:00:00 [3] 14.5 mi (8:17 / mi)
slept:8.0 shoes: Grey Pegasus 35

Late nightlong run

Decided to be with the family today and get the run done at night. Head game leaving at 9 but once I was 10 minutes in the sun was shining in my mind. Ran to Boulevard and tried to stay close to lights (sketchy with the ice and puddles).

Picked up the pace the last 15 min.

Run 33:00 [3] 4.1 mi (8:03 / mi)

Late night run after getting back from camp. Nice and easy on the hospital loop.

Run 1:04:00 [3] 7.9 mi (8:06 / mi)
shoes: Grey Pegasus 35

Workout
15 up, 3,2,1 hard, 10 min tempo, 3,2,1 hard (1 and 2 min rest) 15 down
Ran from camp out to the highway.
I did not have my phone and was going by memory. Looking back the tempo was short but still a good workout.

Felt strong throughout. The 2 min. Hard felt the most challenging. Focused on my arms when my legs got heavy. Right knee tight a few hours after. I think it was from chasing Daisy through the Busch on snowshoes.

Run 47:00 [3] 5.5 mi (8:33 / mi)
shoes: Grey Pegasus 35

Snowmobiled to the Anne bay Rd. The camp Rd had no base after the rain. First time snowmobiling to start a run.

5 x 15 sec strides mixed in.

Back still a little stiff.

Wednesday Mar 13, 2019 #

Run 1:35:00 [3] 11.2 mi (8:29 / mi)
shoes: Grey Pegasus 35

Slow go on the snowmachine trail with it being soft and inconsistent. Picked up the pace in the middle on he highway to avoid getting hurt on the soft trail. Felt great rolling along on pavement. I could use some rolling and stretching.

Tuesday Mar 12, 2019 #

Run 51:00 [3] 5.0 mi (10:12 / mi)
shoes: Grey Pegasus 35

Two extremes. Soft snow = slow. Hard pavement = fast.

Monday Mar 11, 2019 #

Run 40:00 [3] 4.0 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Grey Pegasus 35

Back is sore today! Kept it easy.
