Late loop with daisy down to central. Ankle loosened up tonight. I think it was just a tight muscle.

I was a little nervous about running hard on my left ankle. It was a none issue.

Solid workout! Felt great until 3/4 of the way through. Felt Kip starting to pull away and had to dig deeper to keep up.

Cold wind.

Jumped on the Swiss ball and did a couple squats. Easy to jump on now. Hard to do more than 2 squats. Feet want to slide off. FuN tImEs>>>!
