Skied with the Bolts at Lappe. Emily and I spent 40 minutes on the hill by the chalet. Lots of hill repeats!

Started this one right after dinner and an afternoon of skiing. Did a couple college loops.

Felt decent until the final 30. Hip flexors tightening. Struggled to pick up the pace at the end. Definitely calloused the mind!

Boulevard workout with Kip

Was nervous for the workout today with the extreme cold. Not too bad. The light wind really helped.

The Body felt good during the wu and into the second lap. Got hard at the top over the bridge. Tried to keep the legs moving to recover down the hill. Atleast that's what I toLd myself. Sluggish and heavy the rest of the lap. Kip started to pull away and I felt myself giving up. Brought my focus back to my breathe and got back into it. Easier to keep pushing with someone close. I feel like last year I may have eased off more often with no one close to me.

Solid workout!
