Ran from my apartment to and around Lake Calhoun with Axel. Felt okay for never working out. Hopefully I’ll workout tomorrow... Consistency is key.

Ran for ten mins to warmup. Did overhead squats with a 20 lb kettle ball 3x15 and planks 3x1 min. Did overhead lunges with two 5 lb dumbbells 3x15 and hamstring curls on exercise ball 3x6. Did 20 Russian twists. Didn’t have time to cool down.
