Running hills 20:00 [4]
Just a quick hill workout cause I had an interview tonight for a Venturing position, cause we established that I am not busy enough and get too much sleep.
I did 3 sets, and had 3 mins of jogging after the first 2 sets. Each hill repeat was .06 miles. The splits were: Set 1- 28, 29,27 Set 2- 27, 28, 28, 27 Set 3- 28, 27, 25
