Oh great, more hills. We've always wondered why we're called mountain view cause we have no mountain.. to view. But we realized we're ON the mountain and that's how they can give us all these new hill workouts #blessed
It was .5 miles of sprinting up this steep short hill then striding down the other side then sprinting up this unpleasantly long and steep hill, maintaining that for a loop at the top, recovering on the way down, then sprinting to the top of the last hill. It was a blast.

Got to join the sprinters for their 300s workout. I'm so glad we don't train with them every day cause that would hurt so. much.
My ears, it would hurt my ears. These kids complain a lot.
