Running the Skipwith Common brown map that I missed a couple of weeks ago & learning how to use a right handed compass.
Controls 3 and 4 were dreadful, and I realised i wasn't checking the map /keeping contact as regularly as I should do (but I glanced down to my empty left hand...). For the rest of the course I slowed down, stayed methodical and improved my right-handed nav technique and saw gradual improvements.
Feet/ground/socks were dry so blisters formed halfway through which was grim.

Re running controls 3 & 4 to improve confidence with nav. Still a bit of a navigational black box in the middle of the map, but was closer than first attempt
