Sprintervals 12:45 [3] *** 2.4 km (5:19 / km) +78m 4:34 / km
13c shoes: Inov8 Trail-O

Charlotte's Sprintervals Relay Leg 1
Nav was OK, but the ponderosa housing estate was hard to read, intricate stuff.

Sprintervals 12:36 [3] ** 2.3 km (5:29 / km)
11c shoes: Inov8 Trail-O

Charlotte's Sprintervals Relay Leg 2.
Good nav, steady pace. Confused myself at point 7, which had a knock on into point 8, other than that, good route choice.

Sprintervals 33:08 [2] ** 5.6 km (5:55 / km) +108m 5:24 / km
27c (injured) shoes: Inov8 Trail-O

Charlotte's Sprinteval Weekend, final set
Steady run as to not agrovate my knee, but it gave up with 4 controls to go, so took it very slow at the end. Nav was on point (not suprising given the location).

Charlotte's Sprint Weekend, course 3.
Did first 16 controls of the course around the council estate, reading map intricacies well and making no mistakes. Kept a good pace, but lost about 30 seconds on Aislinn.

Sprintervals intervals 21:21 [4] ** 4.62 km (4:37 / km) +41m 4:25 / km
22c

Charlotte's Sprint weekend, course 1
My run was about as clean as my map by the end of the course. Could have done with proper shoes and better decision making.
1 PM

Sprintervals 27:00 [3] ** 5.4 km (5:00 / km) +68m 4:42 / km
24c

Charlotte's Sprint Weekend, course 2.
Strong start, then a 90 error in first half. Second half was a bit shaky at times, wasn't completely on the ball, but kept a decent pace.
