Running down to Endy P for intervals when I could feel my left hamstring and hip going. Probably excessive wear, so I did a couple of slow laps of the field before heading home with Alex and Alice.
Not classifying it as an injury, just gonna stretch, roll and ice it (creds to Dane for advice). Not ideal given my current form, but it means I can spend more time working on my deadlines... great.
