Eyam Moor O training. OK first half, just tired legs after yesterday. Lost my head going to 11 (of 20) so gave up and decided to keep my confidence as opposed to frustrate myself

Bonked hard halfway round the O, even with 2 shot blocks and a gel had to give up 2/3 way round the course due to lack of energy/hunger. Physically and mentally fine though which is encouraging!
