Sprint training around Edge Hill, Ormskirk following a lovely relaxing weekend with the grandparents. Ankles felt a little off yesterday, but fine for today so wanted to make the most of a decent sprint area while I'm away from Sheffield.
The map has changed a fair bit since 2016, I physically couldn't get to some controls. I made one error mistaking a wall for a small staircase. Happy with the pace though given the lack of exercise this week from injury. Will take it easy this next week to maximise recovery/ minimise relapse.
