British Middles Champs - 25th
Wet and greasy out, fell over a couple of times. The late start that I was buzzing about didn't really help in the end as Carcas and Nathan both blitzed passed me.
The race itself was a really good one, compass work good, control approach needs work. Really happy with my result, one of the best in my O career! Contrast to yesterday and feel as if I have earned this result with the lack of trains.

Pretty clean sprint, misjudged the pace overcompensating from last weekend. Might have even been a 3 effort. Either way, missed out on B final which is disappointing

British sprint Champs Final - MP control 9.
Long leg, 9 and 10 close together, picked up wrong line. Stupid newbie error and really, bitterly disappointing. Low point in O career.
Ran really well apart from that, few safe routes, but had the legs to get up to some decent speeds (for me at least). Need to focus on picking up on minor map details when running at high effort.
