Hustyn Woods O training. Good stuff, little rusty on approach to some controls but I'm partially blaming that on lack of flags. Definitely what I needed to finish off my week!

Long coastal path run along to Tintagel Castle (Camelot) in the dusk evening. I hoped for a nice picturesque sunset, but was cloudy.. Still a nice run out and see the coast during the day!

Struggled getting settled into a good routine and staying in a positive mindset in Cornwall this week, so motivation to run has faltered somewhat. Planning on sorting my shit out over the weekend and getting back on the hype next week!
