3:30hrs/1750m vert specific endurance. A good solid long hill run, felt really good on the climbs, finding myself running bits I have always previously had to hike. Practiced full race fuelling; 3 packs clif bloks, 3 gels, 1 bag jelly beans, and started eating early on, within 20mins of starting/once the faster flatter opening section was done.
