90' easy.
Despite it feeling really warm (Lochaber context sensitive of course!), and still feeling obviously off the pace in terms of fitness,. this felt really good, and felt like properly being back running again! Still taking it really easy on any descents, as there's still a little glute/hammy tenderness, but it didn't escalate and so hopefully that will subside and I can just baby it a little for the time being.
Other than that, feels like I am back!
