30' easy plus strides.

Feeling good, can feel a bit of speed returning on the strides, and no sign again of any issues. Still need to get a sports massage booked; they seem super busy, but still intend to get one.

Bloods taken this afternoon, will get results in a couple of weeks.

30' easy before S&C session, took it really easy but felt good.

edit: ended up a bit over the 30'!
