Beinn Dubh hill race. Given I was still feeling pretty knackered, pretty happy with this. Results aren't up but I snuck into the top 10 and its always a competitive race so happy with that. Climbing felt hard on tired legs but I was able to push reasonably hard and got a bit of a boost near the top. Descent was great; gave it full gas and felt really good the whole way down, almost worthy of my Lochaber vest!

90' moderate. despite some minging weather and a big week, felt nice and solid and was able to hold a solid pace for the 90mins. Pretty happy with that after my biggest volume week of the year so far.
