15' easy, 4x 5min hill reps, 15' easy. Started later after work and felt a bit tired initially, but once I was in the hill reps I felt great and felt really strong. Feel like I'm climbing really well just now.

2:30/1250m specific endurance. Went a little over the time/distance, but also paused a couple of times to take on water. Did a full Ben ascent at 90% race effort, and was pretty pleased with the time, especially as I wasn't pushing it along the road as I would be on race day; took it a little easy on the descent off the Ben initially, just to avoid a fall or aggravating the shin (which felt totally fine all day), but then gave it full effort the rest of the time and felt pretty strong which I was happy about.
