still some discomfort, but nothing like the pain felt last week, and no increase in discomfort during the ten mins.

Foot felt a bit better during the day, but testing it by hopping on it produced the same pain, so another day of rest and ice.

30' easy plus strides. Feeling good overall, but must have hurt my foot somehow at Beinn Lora yesterday, definitely some issue with it during this run...

Beinn Lora Race- 2nd. Couldn't catch John, and not my best time for the race (though the last time was in April and the course was much faster going), but felt pretty good, and it was a good short sharp blast and a good way to salvage something from the weekend!
