Back/Hip/Leg felt good on some easy walking to marshall at Eagles Crag race, and generally feels like the mobility is improving a little.

Chiropractic appointment tomorrow, hopefully they will be able to do something positive; certainly feel on a plateau in terms of improvement.

Same again today; leg/hip feels more or less the same, though still wary of doing much more till after I see the chiropractor on Tues, and unfortunately any exercises the physio gave for trying to free up the SI joint seem to be having limited success...
