20' easy on grass
A run!! First for three weeks and felt surprisingly good. No issues with the back (will see how it feels during the day after) and otherwise felt like I was moving okay. As with the workouts and the bike, it's noticeable that my hamstring and calf on my right leg is a lot tighter than the other one, presumably due to the sciatic nerve issues causing everything on that side to tighten up. It didn't cause any pain however so I carried on for the full 20mins, and it had loosened by the end, especially the hamstring.
