2hrs easy hiking on low parts of Arrochar Alps course; felt like it did a little to loosen the leg off...

30' easy round the park: the extra ten minutes didn't seem to put any extra stress on my back, which felt fine the whole time, though I am still cautious of jarring it at the moment, and happily my hamstring and calf felt much looser and more comfortable.

Clearly not back in running mode as I forgot my watch!

20' easy on the grass again; no issues with the back, and hamstring on my right side seems much happier, just the calf that's still tight. Otherwise felt okay!

Again, the back felt fine and it felt really good to be running. Hamstring felt looser than yesterday, though calf was still quite tight.

An hour easy-ish on the watt bike. Legs felt good after the run, calf still a little tight but didn't get worse. Sat in the sauna after the session.

20' easy on grass

A run!! First for three weeks and felt surprisingly good. No issues with the back (will see how it feels during the day after) and otherwise felt like I was moving okay. As with the workouts and the bike, it's noticeable that my hamstring and calf on my right leg is a lot tighter than the other one, presumably due to the sciatic nerve issues causing everything on that side to tighten up. It didn't cause any pain however so I carried on for the full 20mins, and it had loosened by the end, especially the hamstring.

S&C workout comprising two sets of each of the exercises you gave the other day, done to fatigue.

Didn't feel any issues with the back, though hamstring and calf on my right leg are very tight.

90' on the bike. Felt pretty good, tightness in my right leg wasn't too much of an issue.
