5hrs hiking in the Aonachs and Grey Corries. Picked the most ascent possible, and felt stronger on the climbs than last weekend, generally feeling good.

10' easy; 30' moderate uphill; easy back down.

Feeling good, starting to feel stronger on the climbs again, and felt more return for a moderate effort than this time last week. Less fragile feeling on the descending too which is a good sign!

Feeling good, starting to feel a little less unfit! Felt quite spry on the diagonals.

Feeling good, can feel a bit of speed returning on the strides, and no sign again of any issues. Still need to get a sports massage booked; they seem super busy, but still intend to get one.

Bloods taken this afternoon, will get results in a couple of weeks.

The gym was really busy/would have had to wait for the bikes, so did 60' easy in the glen instead as it was a really nice evening. Felt really good, no niggles after the 90' mins yesterday and felt like I was running well again.

90' easy.

Despite it feeling really warm (Lochaber context sensitive of course!), and still feeling obviously off the pace in terms of fitness,. this felt really good, and felt like properly being back running again! Still taking it really easy on any descents, as there's still a little glute/hammy tenderness, but it didn't escalate and so hopefully that will subside and I can just baby it a little for the time being.

Other than that, feels like I am back!
