A rather slopey session in Bingham this week as Endcliffe was busyyy. 3x 3min along the side of the hill, 2min on the track back (1:30min) followed by 6x 20s (10s). Tiring thanks to the hills and having to jog through the rests for the 3/2min intervals to get to reach the end of the park to start the next rep.
