Sunday May 6 #

11 AM

O training 1:44:28 [3] 3.5 km (29:51 / km) +65m 27:19 / km
shoes: Falcons 1

Sun AM @ Holme Fell.
Control pick followed by a mapping exercise so stats will look quite slow!! About 9min/km moving pace for the control pick so not lighting up the hill but ok. Mainly focussed on planning a solid route before setting off so had confidence on the running.
1 PM

O training 1:20:23 [3] 5.02 km (16:01 / km) +152m 13:54 / km
shoes: Falcons 1

PM @ Holme Fell
Relocation pairs exercise which I was happy with. Followed by clock relay, Freya and I won :) although she may have been to some controls already...

Note

Feeling relatively ready for Balmoral now after the weekend. Sharpened my skills on technical terrain and feeling ok with the climb I should expect, as long as my distance legs hold up I should be ok at BOC... :)
