Bit messy, mistake on #1 and some weren't clean but ok run. We won junior AdHoc though.

WHY! It started so quickly and somehow I was 4th M18 (!!!!!) at #6 then managed to bin 15min on the next two controls. Also ended up 40m too far downhill past #14 so had to climb back up to it. Otherwise I managed to move very well and even managed to match David after #14 to F even with going different ways on the long leg to #15. A very frustrating day and I've totally blown any shot at Gothenburg :(

Club night in Endcliffe Park with a bearings ex and tree utlrasprint followed by some downhill agility but took it easy on the advice of Kim because my lower legs have been grumbling at me and if I'm not nice they may break...

A rather slopey session in Bingham this week as Endcliffe was busyyy. 3x 3min along the side of the hill, 2min on the track back (1:30min) followed by 6x 20s (10s). Tiring thanks to the hills and having to jog through the rests for the 3/2min intervals to get to reach the end of the park to start the next rep.
