COOOOOLD Morning doing Glen's Rogaine on Burbage on Houndkirk moors. I thought I'd managed to cop out of doing an 80 minute score by choosing to do the line course option but turns out this went all over the place and back again! Didn't go very quick, kind of ground down by the cold, rain, wind and knee high heather lost a little motivation. It used an O-map which meant I got some good O training out of it.

It's not everyday you get chased down by a successful GB orienteer so I had a fun time trying to stay ahead of Cat! I saw her closing at 9 and survived til she pipped me to 13, very good fun my I didn't make very good decisions while being chased so should work on that, although it was in the near illegible quarry gardens bit. After that I struggled to keep up and came 3rd on the (longest) blue course. Good fun!

Parlofs, basically a sprint relay intervals, pretty tiring, Dom didn't give me long to recover.

Didn't know how hard I was gonna take this but heard a great Green Day song blaring from someone's garage which gave me the energy to tempo it. Not that quick but just getting the lungs to work better.
