First parkrun in a while and not great tbh, not really able to properly push cos my legs, core and shoulders were all really stiff and felt like my legs were just dead weights, maybe a little bit knackered after club night or maybe cos of not warming up too well. Also did not like running so early in the morning! Might give it a better go next week.
